One of the best ways you can help support the students at Dundalk Elementary, is to volunteer your time or skills. We know that lives are busy these days, and it can be challenging to find time- but the good news is, you can help in any way that works for you! No amount of help is too small.
Perhaps you can help with planning some of the upcoming events, or maybe you can come in for an hour, to help students shop for holiday gifts or flowers. Something as simple as helping sort fundraiser deliveries, setting up for the holiday shoppe, or handing out candy at the trunk-or-treat are easy ways to make a difference.
Since we host events and activities during the day, in the evenings, and on the weekends, there is always something to fit within your schedule.
Did you know that you don’t even have to attend an event to help? Perhaps you are a graphic designer, who can help with putting together event flyers. Or maybe you have another skill, like sitting in your pajamas and binge watching your favorite show, while counting box tops or assembling boo-grams. Every skill is welcome!
Not only does volunteering with the PTA help support our students, but it also shows them what happens, when a community comes together- and that is priceless.
All on-site volunteers must have completed the BCPS Volunteer Application as well as the BCPS Online Training. Once you have completed both of these trainings, please forward them to the front office. If you’d like to complete this training at the school, please contact the front office at Dundalk Elementary School at (410) 887-7013
